Nokia acquires Enpocket

Nokia a mobile communication’s company has officially acquired Enpocket a provider of mobile advertising solutions.

Enpocket is a privately owned company, which is based in the US. In the Us it has offices in Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco. It also has a number of offices abroad including Mumbai, Singapore and London.

Enpocket uses it’s own advertising campaign management and delivery system . This system can deliver campaigns in a variety of formats, including mobile internet advertising, video as well as MMS and SMS.

Nokie aims to accelerate the growth of it’s existing mobile advertising service with the acquisition of Enpocket.

By acquiring Enpocket Nokia can then use the platform which the company has already established.It also aims to make use of Enpocket’s existing relationship with advertisers, operators and publishers.
